APARTMENTS & CONDOS
When having a character living at a condo or apartment within the city, you can choose one of the following buildings for them to reside in. Keep in mind a character's income and lifestyle to help decide which building fits them the most.
CRAWFORD CITY
Financial District
Apartments
7820 South Market St. - A very tall apartment stone building, it is pricey to live here due to being in the heart of the city.
7664 South Market St. - A very tall apartment stone building, it is pricey to live here due to being in the heart of the city.
8636 Garden St. - A decently sized apartment building filled with multiple studio type loft apartments. For being in the financial district it is pretty reasonable. A subway train goes right under the building, making things shake a bit.
Apartment A16 - Kasen Bennette
Condos
87 Rose St. - An extremely fancy and expensive tower of condos within the heart of the city.
Condo 803 - Clancy Arkwright
473 SE Harrison St. - Is a very nice condo building, not quite as exquisite or expensive as the one on Rose St. but still very pricey.
Williamson Park District
Apartments
2045 SE Harrison St. - This building is right on the corner where Carlson St. ends into Harrison St. It isn't too big of a building, and the apartments here are extremely pricey due to the beautiful park right across the street.
Apartment 302 - Robert Leonard
9162 Clinton St. - The cheapest out of the Williamson apartments, while it is in the district of Williamson Park it is very close to the border of the Residential District. While it is the cheapest, it is far from being cheap to live there. It's a rather nice looking building, nothing too spectacular or bad.
Apartment B20 - Erika James
Apartment B21 - Thea Rogers
Condos
5102 Williamson Ave. - A beautiful tall glass building that overlooks the gigantic Williamson Park. It is extremely expensive, being as pricey as the condos on Rose St. located within the Financial District.
Sea District
Apartments
291 Adams St. - A modest living, not right on the coast but very close to it. It's in the most southern part of the Sea District which is an area that experiences quite a bit of crime, so it's a lot cheaper than the majority of other apartments.
Apartment 103 - Gina Costa
321 Jackson St. - A very tall glass apartment building right on the coast. Some apartments have a overlook of the ocean, making them very pricey.
Apartment 173 - Jayson Chase
Condos
732 Elm St. - A series of condos that run right along the coast. Living here is extremely pricey, much like the condos in Williamson Park and the Financial Districts.
Residential District
Apartments
9655 Penn St. - A rather extremely cheap place to live, as it is in the most eastern side of the residential district, which runs right into the southern sea district. It's known that this particular area has a very high crime rate. In this gigantic apartment building, appliance issues, electrical issues, and pests are all common occurrences in this building.
752 Ramblewood Ave. - A cheap place to live, the apartment is right in between a lot of homes that people own. It only offers about 8 apartments total, the building being small. However, the landlord is far from the best and things sit without being repaired for long periods of time.
8862 S Myers Ave. - A modest place to live, it's not too expensive nor that cheap to live here. The neighbors all help keep the building nice, regardless of an owner who isn't the most reliable.
Apartment 222 - Angie Johnson
4022 Newbridge St. - This building is the closest to the Williamson Park District, being the most north west of the Residential District. It's more on the higher side to live here, but compared to a lot of other places it's kind of a steal. The building is kept up well.
Leather District
Apartments
8328 Bishop St. - Around the center of the Leather District, the people who live here are some of the poorest citizens of Crawford City. A lot of individuals needing help with housing or on welfare tend to live here. The crime rate is extremely bad here. Living here is dirt cheap.
590 N Manor St. - A large brick apartment building close to the border of the Financial District. This is an ideal place for a lot factory workers to live, with high security due to being not too far from the center of the Leather District.
Chinatown District
Apartments
3069 Orange St. - A decently sized building, it's pretty cheap to live here but break ins are extremely common.
3980 Cleveland St. - One of the better places to live, this building is almost on the border of the Sea District. It's around a lot of sea food restaurants and is a pretty affordable place to live.
5304 Lantern St. - An extremely cheap place to live as a horrible shooting took place here. A man went through the building and killed a huge number of individuals some years back, ever since then it has a tough time getting residents. The building is not that kept up, and in some places blood stains can still be found.
Apartment 408 - Malachi Saltzman
