Description: Jade and Kennedy's home was once a small, old factory warehouse building that has been renovated into a home for rent. The house is fully furnished, mostly with random miss-matched furniture that the two young women picked up on random shopping trips or flea markets. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a cozy living room, a small office area with two computers and a loft that overlooks a separate dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances and wooden countertops that were built by Kennedy herself. In place of cabinets, everything is neatly organized on shelves and in baskets. The home features a lot of exposed brick walls and metal accents, and there is a patio area out back that features a grill, a pool, and a small bar... the perfect place for a Summer house party.
