Elaina Daniels

Elaina has always been a very intelligent individual and it's shown through her love of books and studies in general. From a young age, it was obvious that Elaina was a smart, stubborn, impulsive young woman. Which, she very much still is even in her adult hood. Her stubborn ways helped growing up, as she is the oldest of five kids, four of them being boys. Growing up in a household full of gross, annoying, idiotic boys, she had to be able to handle her own. She was raised to be a lady, but she was also raised to be able to kick ass and take names if she had to. It's very fitting for Elaina, can be pretty scrappy when it's needed. Her parents, Roger and Emma Daniels, were always prone to babying the boys and they expected Elaina to help raise them and watch over them. It drove her crazy considering how wild all four of them were, but she loved them anyway. She and her first younger brother, Henry, were the closest and they loved wrestling. So it's safe to say that Elaina grew up playing rough. Though it was frowned upon with the younger boys, they were big babies.

As Elaina started getting older, she asked her parents to put her in boxing classes. She loved fighting with her brother and it carried over the older she got. Emma found her a class in Crawford and she would end up going every Friday for five years. Growing up in Willow Creek, it was odd to some people for a young lady to be boxing, but Elaina never let it bother her any. She loved boxing and she knew she would be able to take care of herself if she really needed to. A couple of days after Elaina had gotten her driver's permit, her mom was letting her drive home from boxing class when a drunk driver hit them head on. Emma's seat-belt snapped on impact and she went through the windshield, breaking her back in two places. Elaina's seat came unbolted and her head hit the steering wheel pretty hard, giving her a concussion and knocking her out cold. When she came to, she saw her mom on the hood of the car and she was unresponsive.

After Emma's death, Elaina vowed that she would help her dad finish raising her brothers and she did just that. But promising to take care of her siblings, an her dad, wasn't the only thing she vowed to do. She vowed to hurt the man who killed her mom as bad as he hurt her family. They put him behind bars for a couple of months and that was the only time he pulled. He never really showed any remource either and it never settled with Elaina. It's bothered her up to this day. With her being as stubborn and impulsive as she is, she doesn't think clearly when it comes to the man who put her mother in the ground. And she probably never will. Thankfully, she has a couple of good friends to help keep her as level headed as they can.

Elaina helped raise her brothers until the day she started college. Hell, even after she graduated. She still takes care of her brothers, helping her dad put her youngest brother through college. After she graduated college with a bachelors in writing, she decided to just stay in Willow Creek and buy an old, run down shop in town with the money she saved up while she was working over the years. With the money, Elaina opened her own book store calling it Elaina's Corner. Her love of books certainly carried through her adult-hood and loved helping others with the same infatuation as her. She still has the same love after a few years. She's still in willow creek, helping her dad and her brothers and running her store. Not to mention she goes into Crawford every Friday to teach a boxing class at her old gym. On her way home one night from teaching her boxing class, she saw a glowing light up the road a ways and she was puzzled because it was obviously new. When to the light, she saw a car upside down and another car that was already on fire. She was in such shock and terror because it brought back some triggering memories. She got out of her car and heard a woman's voice coming from the car that was upside down. Elaina ran over to the car and got down, helping the woman out, as well as her nine year old daughter that was passed out in the back seat. As soon as she got them out of the car, the gas leaking from it was sparked and the car went up in flames. She sees it as a miracle that she got that woman and her daughter out in time and it still feels good today. Not long after she helped the two, she noticed a burn that popped up on her wrist out of nowhere that was absolutely confusing because there was no way she could have gotten it. Little did she know, it was a very life changing burn.
