Location: Crawford City, Residential District
Type: Garage apartment
Number Of Bedrooms: 0
Number Of Bathrooms: 1
Description: Built over a 2 car garage behind a house, the apartment itself is small. There is a workshop in the garage that Corbin uses for his projects, and a staircase that leads up to the apartment. Originally built for his landlord's son to live in, she began renting it out once the son had gotten a job that enabled him to afford a house. Corbin's rent is made manageable due to the discount he receives by helping with the maintenance and any repairs needed of the yard and the main house.
The porch area is small, with room for only two chairs, a small table, and a few potted plants.
The garage itself houses both Corbin's car, and that of his landlord. The workshop Mostly contains storage for various tools and knickknacks, as well as a desk for Corbin to work on. While not pictured, there is a washer and dryer installed in the garage for his use.
Inside, the apartment has a small half wall to separate the bedroom from the living room, two half closets on either side of the bathroom door, and a small kitchen.
Most of the furniture in his place was provided for him, as it was advertised as a fully furnished apartment. As such it's much nicer in decoration than he likely would have done.
There are several bookcases around the apartment, holding all of his beloved books. The kitchen has an extended counter on the sink side that allows for a couple bar stools, given the lack of table space.
The kitchen has the basics of a sink, fridge, and oven. There is a microwave and tea brewer, as he loves his tea. It's small, but functional.
His bed is behind the diving wall, and to the right is the way to the bathroom. On either side of the bathroom door are small closets, which while small provide enough space for what he has.
The bathroom is surprisingly decent for the space, and had several cabinets installed to give more storage space.
